A Place Built for Ministry

A 52 acre ranch (Rancho El Paso) was purchased in the beautiful hill country near Cintalapa, Chiapas. The ranch served as a home for the children of Casa De Mi Familia, as well as a base for many other ministries reaching into other parts of Chiapas and Oaxaca.

Half the ranch was developed into a church camp facility, providing week-long church camps during the summer and vacation periods, as well as weekend and day camps throughout the year.

From this base, a Vacation Bible School ministry reached over 3,000 children annually in villages as far as 300 miles away from the Ranch. Additional ministries included Church Education, Bible Clubs, Pastoral and Teacher Training, and a Christian book store.

The Church Camp

Week-long church camps during the summer and school vacations give children from surrounding villages a week of worship, teaching, games, and good food — many for the very first time. Weekend and day camps keep the grounds busy all year long.

Beyond the camps, the facilities host retreats, rallies, and conferences for churches and ministries across the region.
